Commercial Carrier University is an educational initiative for owners and managers of trucking companies produced by Commercial Carrier Journal magazine in cooperation with Truckload Academy. CCU is sponsored by Castrol.

CCU provides trucking company owners new tools to help manage their businesses. We have published "how to" manuals on using financial statements, writing a business plan, evaluating vehicle life-cycle costs, cash flow management, recruiting and retaining drivers, succession planning, and will publish more manuals on various business topics in the future. The program also includes business-improvement seminars at Truckload Carriers Association meetings, other State Association locations and this website, which will provide still more business management tools.
